Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Incorrect color selected
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item

All items are produced only after an order is placed, which means we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Please provide:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
You do not need to return the damaged item.
